Foamnasium Availability & Shipping Expectations Holiday FAQ 2022

Please take some time below to read some frequently asked questions we are often asked and make sure to check back periodically for updates, as all details are subject to change!

1. When should I order to receive my gift in time for the holidays?

We currently are shipping orders within 6 Business Days.

It’s always best to order in advance, as item availability changes daily, and can change rapidly.

The closer your place your order to December 25th, the increased likelihood you’ll have to wait longer your wait will be delivered. Historically, we have an excellent record of keeping our promise of delivery by Christmas Day, but there are always exceptions.

Planning in advance is the best way to reduce the stress and eliminate the question, “Will my order arrive in time for Christmas morning?”

2. What carrier do you use for shipping?

Foamnasium® uses FedEx for all shipments. To see how long it takes for your order to ship from here in Indiana to your home, click here. (The further you are from Indiana, the longer it’ll take your package to arrive!) As a reminder, once a package leaves our door – we trust FedEx to manage your shipment with care, but we can not control every variable that comes with shipping logistics. We’ll ship all orders with enough time to arrive by Christmas – but inevitably there’s always that one difficult package that gets stuck somewhere! We’ll do our best to help, but we ask for kindness as we partner with you, should any shipment issue arise!

Foamnasium will use this schedule, posted by FedEx for all shipping deadlines for delivery by December 25th. (All packages ship FedEx Ground.)

3. Will you be releasing any new colors or items ahead of the holiday season?

Yes! Beginning 11/18/22 – Enhanced, Sage, Slate and Snow are now available!

4. Do I need to unbox my Foamnasium right away?

Yes!

Every Foamnasium playset ships compressed. We make each order by hand as they come in – so your playset is never compressed for too long! However, we do ask that you unbox your Foamnasium as soon as it is received. While we understand that it can gift storage a little trickier, we want to be sure you don’t compromise the quality of your playset. Check out more Frequently Asked Questions here!
