GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • The best way to reach the Foamnasium team is by Contacting Us. Please allow 24-48 business hours for us to respond. If you do not hear back from us in that timeframe, make sure to check your SPAM folder for our reply.

  • You can expect your Foamnasium to ship within 3-7 business days. Please know, that all timeframes are an estimate – we’ll always ship your order as soon as it’s ready to go!

  • Foamnasium does not send automated status updates on existing orders. We handmake every piece of Foamnasium right here in Indiana! As soon as your order is cut, sewn, compressed, and boxed – we ship it out the door to you! It’s as simple as that! After you receive your order confirmation, the next communication you’ll receive from our team is your fulfillment notification which will include your FedEx tracking information.

  • The Foamnasium team will always do their best to help whenever possible. Our team can update shipping information if needed but does not have the ability to edit email addresses. We kindly ask that you take time to review your order before purchasing to make sure all shipping and contact information is correct. If you did enter in the wrong email address, still let us know – and we’ll do our best to manually send your order confirmation and fulfillment notification in a timely manner. Please understand that all confirmation forms sent are automated and will reflect original information provided at the time of order.

  • Any issues with your Foamnasium order/shipment should be reported within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

    *Please note: If you ordered your playset from a third party, you must reach out to them directly should you have any issues with your shipment.

  • We ask that inspect your package within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. If you are unable to check and inspect your package upon receipt, you assume all risk of any potential damage that may have occurred during shipping.

  • As soon as we send your fulfillment notification with tracking information, it is your responsibility to track your Foamnasium shipment! If you have any issues, please Contact Us.

  • We ask that you allow up to two weeks for your foam to fully recover. Your foam may look a bit compressed and wrinkly at first, but that will have no effect on performance of your items. Your Foamnasium can be played with right away – in fact, play will help the foam come back to life quickly!

  • We do not ship partial orders, so orders with multiple units will ship at the same time! However, multiple items may come in separate boxes and may not deliver on the exact same day. Always be sure to use your FedEx tracking information as a guide.

  • If you need to cancel your order for any reason, let us know and we’ll try our best to help. As long as your order hasn’t been loaded onto a truck or shipped, more than likely, we can cancel your order.

  • The Foamnasium team maintains the highest commitment to your complete satisfaction with our products and service. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions.

    RETURN ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS

    • You must work with Foamnasium’s customer service team and adhere to all return terms as outlined.

    • Items purchased on clearance are not eligible for return and are considered final sale.

    • Canadian orders are not eligible for returns.

    • Returns are limited to one item per order.

    • Only one return per household/customer in a calendar year.

    • All Foamnasium does come with a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty.
