That’s our vision. That’s what we’ve been aiming at since 2010 and -- from the beginning -- there has been one word in that statement that sets us apart more than any other:
Creates.
At root, our brand is not simply a provider of products or a retailer. We’re creators. We’re craftsman. We’re manufacturers.
There are four guiding principles of who we are that help us make the highest quality playsets possible – We believe in utilizing domestically made raw materials, producing products in-house with our team, creating those products by hand and with care, and maintaining a personal, relational approach in our communications.
Domestically Sourced Materials.
All of our raw materials are manufactured in the USA - from the foam to the fabric, all the way down to the zippers and boxes. Our team in Indiana is constantly inspecting all inbound materials and always looking for improvements.
Full In-House Production
Foamnasium is not simply an online brand, we’re not a warehouse, and we’re a lot more than just an assembler. We’re a manufacturer in the truest sense.
First, we source every one of our raw materials. We have partnerships with companies all over the United States going back decades, allowing us to use the highest quality foam, the finest vinyl, and the best zippers available. Next, we fabricate those raw materials down to size. Trained saw-operators carve the foam into various shapes and sizes, while professional sewers stitch each of our covers together in house. After all of that, we assemble, compress, and package each order by hand. Finally, each Foamnasium product ships out of our facility here in Greenfield, IN -- the same one that originally brought in all those raw materials!

Our team is made up of tried-and-true manufacturers. We do not produce widgets and we’re proud of the fact that every product with the Foamnasium name is handmade by our team, under one roof.
