ORDERS AND SHIPPING

  • Unbox and inspect your package within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

    If you are unable to check and inspect your package upon receipt, you assume all risk of any potential damage that may have occurred during shipping.

  • You can always order your Foamnasium directly with us, here on our website. For each order placed directly through us a portion of each sale goes to Mwana Villages. We’ve also partnered with a few select retailers. Feel free to contact us if you would like to verify an authorized online platform.

  • We are required by law to collect sales tax for merchandise shipped to Indiana. Only products purchased and shipping within Indiana are charged sales tax.

  • Yes, you will see the option at checkout to use Afterpay.

  • Of course, but you will be responsible for shipping fees. Fees are determined by location and item quantity, and the best way to determine your cost will be to select the items you are looking for and navigate all the way to the last checkout page to see your cost! All prices are listed in USD and covers duty and taxes when applicable.

  • Shipping is included fully for all orders shipping within the contiguous United States.

    There is an additional shipping fee for packages shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Additional fees cover additional fees, surcharges, taxes, and duties when applicable.

  • If you need to change your shipping address for any reason, let us know and we’ll try to help. As long as your order hasn’t shipped, more than likely, we can change your shipping address on order.

    If we can’t catch your package before it’s loaded on a truck or headed out the door, you will be subject to the $15.00 address change fee that FedEx charges.
